The globally inspired, endlessly inventive Carmocha is Greater Palm Springs’ ticket to unique dining in the desert. Brought to life by Executive Chef Angelo Sosa, the name is a nod to his Aunt “Tía” Carmen, whose legacy is now synonymous with cultural cuisine, and defined by the rich flavors celebrated in each small plate.

Executive Chef Angelo Sosa

Carmocha is a not-so-subtle reference to Executive Chef Angelo Sosa’s Aunt ‘Tía’ Carmen, taken after a lifelong nickname. Inspired by the “what-if’s” of culinary travel, Angelo turned this vision into a global sampling of various cultures through small, tapas-style plates. The result is one of the most eclectic dining experiences in Greater Palm Springs.
