Carmocha Restaurant

The globally inspired, endlessly inventive Carmocha is Greater Palm Springs’ ticket to unique dining in the desert. Brought to life by Executive Chef Angelo Sosa, the name is a nod to his Aunt “Tía” Carmen, whose legacy is now synonymous with cultural cuisine, and defined by the rich flavors celebrated in each small plate.

Chef Angelo Sosa

Carmocha is a not-so-subtle reference to Chef Angelo Sosa’s Tía Carmen, taken after a lifelong nickname. Inspired by the “what-if’s” of culinary travel, Angelo turned this vision into a global sampling of various cultures through each dish. The result is one of the most vibrant dining experiences in Greater Palm Springs.
